A personal project that allowed me to combine my two favorite passions; typography and printmaking.
Without rules or clients, I was free to explore unexpected type treatments, design and compositions using hand-made lettering and fonts created by Emigre´.
Each poem is accompanied by an abstract print using a traditional printmaking technique called intaglio etching with aquatint. The poetry is written by my brother Jon Schoemaker.
